Are there any hidden costs? Why are your package prices so cheap?

All features shown under its respective package are included in the package cost. There is no hidden cost involved. We also pay for your website domain name registration for first two years.


Please do not get alarmed by our cost-effective pricing. Even with low prices we surely manage to maintain the quality of our work with our ability to source talented overseas team members at a highly competitive rates.



What is content management system?

KM Websol Content management system (CMS) is an MS Word alike, very easy to use web page content editor. A password protected admin control panel (within your website) will give you a freedom to update your website content using any computer with an internet connection. This does not only  allow you to keep an up-to-date content on your website but it also helps you save huge $$$ spent on website maintenance. The Net plus, e-commerce and data driven website packages come with pre-built content management system.

How many product categories and products can be added in e-commerce Website?

The e-commerce website package is built using one of the best technology provided by Microsoft. With powerful SQL database and asp.net framework your e-commerce package is configured to allow unlimited number of products and categories.



Which package is right for me? how do I place an order?

Please call our friendly staff to discuss your project and they will help you through choosing the right package for your website. Once decided you can place your order online or over the phone and get your invoice issued.



Is there any deposit required to place an order?

Based on the nature of the industry and to offer you  the best possible price we require an upfront deposit of a 50% of the total project cost. Please note that we will not be able to commence working on your project until deposit is received.



How long will it take to build a website?

In most cases, Starter  package takes less then a week,  Net Plus website package   takes less then two weeks while e-commerce and Data Driven website can take up to 4 weeks to be completed. However, it may very depending on many factors so please confirm this with our representative while placing your order. 



How do I pay for my hosting and website design costs?

We accept payment by cheque, money order and direct deposit. Currently we do not accept credit cards. 



I am new to website design, could you please tell me what is involved as in design process?

How do I

Can i check my emails using outlook? What is the configuration set-up?

Yes, you can use outlook or any other desktop email application that allow you to set-up POP email account. To set-up outlook as your desktop email client follow the steps below:

 

  • Open Outlook, from the "Tools" menu,
  • click "E-Mail Accounts" Select "Add a New Account" and click "Next"
  • Select "POP3" server type and click "Next" *
  • Enter following information
  • "Your Name": Your or your company name
  • "From" field. Type your name here
  • "E-mail Address": type your email address
  • "User Name": type your email address here 
  • "Password": type the mailbox password, if you are not sure about this please contact km websol team
  • Check the "Remember password" box so that you do not need to enter it every time you use outlook
  • "Incoming mail server (POP3)": type: yourdomain.com /.com.au
  • "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)": use the smtp settings provided by your internet service provider
  • Click the "More Settings" button. "Internet E-Mail Settings" window will appear 
  • Click the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top of this window 
  • Check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box and enter the user name and password provided by your ISP
  • Click on "OK" to close this window
  • Click "Next" on the "E-mail Accounts" window
  • Click on "Finish"
  • You are done!
