The first step is to  learn your business goals and project requirement. Your job is to tell us your vision and ours is to bring it to life.

During this assessment, we will discuss from  target audience, marketing objective, industry background, features & functionality requirement to short & long-term project goals. The assessment phase clearly states the problem, and contains all of the information needed to design a solution to the problem.

Once our team has examined your requirement, we will submit a detailed development proposal for your perusal. After you approve the proposal and pay initial deposit we move to the project planing phase.

The project proposal is approved and work is planned, we now come to the design phase. Keeping in mind your entire requirement, we begin to design page layouts and user interfaces. Often a wire frames layout (site layout without graphics)  will be created for initial review followed by a complete prototype with designed layouts.

When both our design team and you, out client, are satisfied with the proposed look and feel of the site,  we then move forward with development.

In the development phase, the web pages drawn up in the design phase will be created. At this stage we do not only develop a working website for you, we make sure that the code produced is light-weight, designs are implemented through CSS style sheets, graphics are optimised and search engine optimisation is built in to it.

Functional beta version of the site is created on our demo server and every feature and functionality are tested thoroughly before site launch. Clients are welcome to participate in testing and provide their feedback. 

The final stage of site creation is deployment. Once it is tested  and functions as outlined in our agreed upon proposal, it is published live. We pre-plan launches and in most cases we do that during weekends to make sure there is minimal interruption to your business functions.

After successful deployment, we submit your site to search engines and directories. Post-launch search engine optimization can now be performed.
